Healthy food is my passion but sometimes preparing it for yourself and family can be a challenge. A lot of us know what we should be eating but most of it needs some prep. The washing, soaking, peeling, chopping, and even the shopping takes a lot of time. That’s why I am here.

During our initial consultation, you can tell me what your goals & intentions are with your food. Are you trying to be more plant-based? Or lose weight? Gain muscle? I work with you to find meal plans and grocery lists that work for you and your lifestyle. Any allergies or intolerances you might have will be worked around. Gluten-free? No problem. Soy or nut free? Easy peasy.
