Overnight Oats-3 Ways

Overnight oats should be a staple in everyone's diet! They are so filling & so much can be added to them to make them extra delicious or flavorful! They are also perfect for meal prepping, especially if you have to get up early for work or school & don't have time to make a filling & wholesome breakfast. They are so creamy & quick to make! And not to mention, Stanley approved :) Recipe video at the end of this post!

Maca Chocolate Chip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1-2 tbs liquid sweetener (I prefer maple syrup) 
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 2 tbs cacao nibs (or vegan chocolate chips for more of a treat)

Directions:

  1. In a mason jar or sealable container, add all of the ingredients
  2. Seal tightly with a lid and shake it up
  3. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours but it is best made the night before

Chocolate Coconut

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1-3 tbs liquid sweetener
  • 2 tbs cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Directions:

  1. In a mason jar or sealable container, add all of the ingredients
  2. Seal tightly with a lid and shake it up
  3. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours but it is best made the night before

Almond Butter + Chia

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1-2 tbs liquid sweetener
  • 1 tb chia seeds
  • 1-2 tbs almond butter (or other nut butter)

Directions:

  1. In a mason jar or sealable container, add all of the ingredients
  2. Seal tightly with a lid and shake it up
  3. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours but it is best made the night before
