Vegan Chocolate Cream Pie

This chocolate cream pie is rich, decadent, and made in only a few minutes! It has very minimal ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen. Plus the secret ingredient is super high in protein making this the ideal dessert in all aspects. Perfect for the holidays and every celebration in between!

Ingredients:

  • 1 vegan pie crust, prepped and prebaked (I really like this GF one, but any recipe will do!)

  • 1 block silken tofu

  • 1.5 cup dairy-free chocolate chips, melted

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp non-dairy milk

  • cocowhip for topping, optional

Directions:

  1. In a high-speed blender, add your drained tofu, melted chocolate, sugar, salt, and milk

  2. Blend for 1-2 minutes on high until a thick, icing like mixture forms

  3. Pour chocolate filling into a cooled pie crust and smooth the top! You can also make these individual mouse cups as well by dividing the filling into ramicans

  4. Place pie into the fridge overnight to set

  5. Set out on the counter st least 20 minutes before serving

  6. Top with cocowhip and enjoy!

Veganism doesn't have to be hard, unappetizing, or unhealthy. I here to show people how to make delicious healthy recipes free of many allergens like gluten but with an extra healthy twist. Many of the recipes are completley grain-free, refined sugar-free, oil-free, and made with ingredients that are of course plant based and as close to the whole plant form as possible. There less processed it is, the better. I also write blog posts on living a vegan lifestyle. Veganism isn't just about not eat animals and their byproducts, but also not buying leather or buying cosmetic products from companies who test on animals. I am here to help people on their journey to a life free of cruelty but full of positivity and happiness. I share my vegan story, cruelty free skin care routine, makeup routines, eco-friendly household products, ethical fashion, yoga and meditation, zero waste essentials, how to throw a vegan party, pantry essentials, and so many more!
